Select your preferred artwork size and complete full payment at checkout to begin your commission.

Ship Your Scarf

After full payment, you will receive our U.S. scarf receiving address and shipping instructions. Please use a tracked shipping service. Inbound shipping costs are your responsibility. This location provides receiving services only; production, framing, and final dispatch take place outside the United States.

Inspection

We confirm safe receipt and carefully inspect your scarf before developing your design. Your scarf is forwarded to our specialized production facility for expert acrylic framing after design approval.

Design Preview

We create two custom design options based on your scarf's pattern, proportions, and character. You will receive both options to review before production begins.

Approve Your Design

Once you have selected your preferred design, you will approve it in writing. Production begins only after your design approval is confirmed.

Expert Acrylic Framing

Our production team carefully crafts and finishes your artwork to the approved design. Following quality inspection, your piece is securely packaged and dispatched internationally to your address with tracking.

Once we have received your scarf and you have approved the final design, please allow approximately 2 weeks to receive your finished artwork. This total estimate includes international forwarding to our production facility, expert acrylic framing, quality inspection, and international delivery to your address.

The time needed to ship your scarf to our designated U.S. receiving location and to review and approve your design comes before this estimate begins. International transit and customs processing may affect delivery timing. The approximately 2-week timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
