CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Every SC ART commission is individually designed and made to order. Please read the following carefully before beginning your commission.
DESIGN APPROVAL
Before production begins, SC ART will provide the client with design options for review and approval. Production begins only after the client has approved the design. The client’s written approval by email, WhatsApp, or other documented communication will be treated as authorization to proceed with production.
Changes requested after production has begun may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Each SC ART artwork is individually made to order according to the client’s selected size, design, and specifications.
If an order is cancelled after design work has begun, a USD $300 design fee applies.
Once final design approval has been provided and production has started, the order may not be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded.
Completed custom artworks are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund for change of mind.
If an artwork arrives damaged or there is a verified production quality issue, the client must contact SC ART within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.
SHIPPING
After design approval, our production team completes expert acrylic framing at our specialized production facility outside the United States. Following quality inspection, SC ART will provide completion photos to the client. The finished artwork is securely packaged and dispatched internationally from outside the United States to the client’s address. Tracking information will be provided after shipment.
INBOUND SHIPPING
Shipping your scarf to our U.S. receiving location is the client’s responsibility. The receiving address and detailed shipping instructions are provided after full payment at checkout. We confirm safe receipt and inspect your scarf before confirming design details. Our U.S. location provides receiving services only; your scarf is forwarded internationally for production and framing. SC ART is not responsible for loss or damage during inbound transit.
FINAL DELIVERY
Complimentary delivery is included within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote areas, and locations requiring special handling. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before shipment.
