SHIPPING POLICY

Inbound Shipping

After full payment at checkout, you will receive our designated U.S. scarf receiving address and detailed shipping instructions.

Our U.S. location provides receiving services only. Your scarf is forwarded internationally to our specialized production facility; production, framing, and final dispatch take place outside the United States.

The client is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item to SC ART.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Clients should retain their tracking number and shipping receipt until SC ART confirms receipt of the item.

SC ART is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged before delivery to our designated receiving location.

Receiving & Inspection

Once your item is received, SC ART will inspect its condition before proceeding with the design process.

If we identify any significant pre-existing damage or condition concerns, we will contact you before continuing.

Production & Final Shipment

After inspection, we confirm the design details with you. Once your design is approved, our production team begins expert acrylic framing.

Carefully crafted and finished, your artwork undergoes quality inspection before secure packaging. It is then dispatched internationally from outside the United States to the delivery address provided with your order. Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Complimentary delivery is included within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote areas, and locations requiring special handling. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before shipment.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, production schedule, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once we have received your scarf and you have approved the final design, please allow approximately 2 weeks to receive your finished artwork. This total estimate includes international forwarding to our production facility, expert acrylic framing, quality inspection, and international delivery to your address.

The time needed to ship your scarf to our designated U.S. receiving location and to review and approve your design comes before this estimate begins. Production starts only after design approval. The approximately 2-week timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package promptly after delivery.

If the package or artwork arrives damaged, contact SC ART within 7 days and provide photographs of:

• The outer shipping carton
• Internal packaging
• Shipping label
• Damaged area of the artwork

Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Incorrect Address

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the client.
