How does my commission work?
Complete full payment at checkout, then receive our U.S. scarf receiving address and shipping instructions. We confirm safe receipt, inspect your scarf, and work with you to approve the design details. Our production team then completes expert acrylic framing at our specialized production facility. Following quality inspection, your carefully crafted and finished artwork is securely packaged and dispatched internationally to your address with tracking.
Is the U.S. receiving address a production location?
No. Our U.S. location provides scarf receiving services only. Your scarf is forwarded internationally for production and framing, and your completed artwork is dispatched from outside the United States.
When does production begin?
Production begins only after you have reviewed and approved your design. Your written approval by email, WhatsApp, or other documented communication is required before any production work commences.
Can I cancel my order?
If an order is cancelled after design work has begun, a USD $300 design fee applies.
Once final design approval has been provided and production has started, the order may not be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded.
Who is responsible for shipping the scarf to SC ART?
Inbound shipping — sending your scarf to our U.S. receiving location — is the client’s responsibility. Shipping instructions are provided after full payment at checkout.
Complimentary delivery is included within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote areas, and locations requiring special handling. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before shipment.
How long does the process take?
Once we have received your scarf and you have approved the final design, please allow approximately 2 weeks to receive your finished artwork. This total estimate includes international forwarding to our production facility, expert acrylic framing, quality inspection, and international delivery to your address.
The time needed to ship your scarf to our designated U.S. receiving location and to review and approve your design comes before this estimate begins. Production starts only after design approval. Tracking information is provided after final dispatch. International transit and customs processing may affect delivery timing; the approximately 2-week timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged or there is a verified production quality issue, please contact SC ART within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
